The Institute monitors the progress of the students at a closer level by a scheme called Proctor Scheme. Under this Scheme about 20 to 25 students are assigned to a faculty who will maintain a record of the academic progress (Proctor Diary) of the students and have closer interaction with the students and provide guidance and counselling. The Proctor can call for a meeting of the students during assigned hours or at the convenience of both faculty and students. He/She can have meetings with the parents if needed.
