A high-energy, 24-Hour national-level innovation multi-stage hackathon where teams apply classroom concepts—design principles, algorithms, modelling, and engineering fundamentals—to industry-relevant problem statements.

✓ Open to UG, PG, or Diploma engineering students
✓ Team-based participation only
✓ Team Size: 3–5 members (max 1 faculty mentor optional)
✓ Multiple teams allowed per institution
✗ Non-engineering disciplines not eligible

Innovation Challenge

Competition Stages

Three-stage evaluation process

Stage 1: Screening Round

•All registered teams receive a designated problem statement
•Submit proposed solution in 5-slide presentation format
•Outline problem understanding, approach, and key highlights
•Shortlisted teams advance to Stage 2

Stage 2: Working Phase (Onsite) + On-Table Evaluation

Working Phase:

•Physical presence required at venue
•Select one problem from 5 provided options
•Internet permitted for research & development
•All solutions must be original - plagiarism = disqualification

On-Table Jury Discussion:

•Judges visit each team at their table
•Explain problem understanding, thought process, design logic
•Evaluated on: clarity, innovation, engineering depth, viability

Stage 3: Final Presentation Round

•Top 5 teams selected by Jury
•10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
•Every team member must participate
•Ready before 10 AM on 18 March 2026
•Jury's decision determines final rankings

📋 Submission Requirements

All teams must submit the following on 18 March 2026 – 8:00 AM

🎥 1️⃣ 3-Minute Video (Max)

✓ Must describe your solution clearly
⚠️ Over 3 minutes → Penalty: 0.25 marks per 10 seconds
⚠️ Late submission → Penalty or disqualification
⚠️ Corrupted / incorrect format → Considered DNF

📄 2️⃣ Design Report

Max 15 Pages (A4 PDF)

✓ Title page & abstract (team details, institution, mentor, problem statement)
✓ Layout / CAD / Fusion 360 drawings
✓ Design specifications & calculations
✓ Technical review & background study
✓ Testing & validation process
✓ References (if any)
