Guidelines
The Finance committee will function as per the
guidelines of the Governing Council
The Finance committee should meet twice in a year or
whenever is required
All the decisions of Finance committee should be
forwarded to the Governing council for approval.
Functions:
The annual accounts and financial estimates of the Institute shall be placed before the Finance Committee for scrutiny and thereafter submitted to the Governing Body together with the comments of the Finance Committee for approval.
Estimates the income from fees and other sources
Estimates the fund received from UGC/AICTE/any other funding agency
Scrutinizes the budget submitted by the different depts. and monitor the utilization of the department’s budget.
Proposes the budget for the financial year for the departments and the institute.
To consider audited accounts of the Institute and submits the audited accounts to Governing Body for approval.
