The venue was beautifully decorated with elegant black and gold themed balloons, stage backdrop, and lighting arrangements, creating a vibrant and memorable ambiance. A special photo display area with hanging memories and lights was also arranged, allowing students to relive their cherished moments.The program continued with an audio-visual presentation showcasing the journey, achievements, and memorable experiences of the seniors. Distinguished dignitaries, including management members, Principal, Vice Principal, Directors, and Heads of Departments, graced the occasion. They delivered inspiring and impactful speeches, motivating students for their future careers and appreciating their accomplishments.A significant highlight of the event was the felicitation of Dr. R.V.S.V.P. Prasad, Head of the IT Department, by the management members. He was honored with a shawl and memento as a mark of respect and recognition for his valuable contributions to the institution.The institution also recognized academic excellence by awarding cash prizes and mementos to academic toppers, encouraging students to strive for higher achievements. The Department of CSE -Business Systems organised a 3-Day Hands-on Data Analytics Workshop titled “Transform Data into Decisions” from 16th to 18th March 2026 at the CSBS Block in collaboration with Syntho Quest. The workshop was conducted by Mr.Mani Chokkara, a Data Analyst from Guntur, who served as the resource person. During the program, students were introduced to practical concepts of data analytics, data processing, and data-driven decision making through hands-on sessions. The event provided participants with valuable exposure to real-world data analytics tools and techniques, helping them enhance their analytical and problem-solving skills. The workshop was successfully organized at Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology.

The Departments of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) and Mechanical Engineering & Robotics organized a National Level Hackathon, “Design to Build Challenge,” powered by ASME India. The 24-hour event featured over 100 students in teams of 3–5. It included idea submission, video presentation, screening, and final project demonstrations, with entries evaluated on originality, feasibility, and implementation. The ₹2 lakh prize pool encouraged innovation, teamwork, and technical skill development.

The event was conducted to encourage students to strengthen their understanding of Java programming concepts and to promote a spirit of healthy academic competition among MCA students.

During the visit, students were introduced to the company’s working environment, current technologies, and professional practices followed in the industry. The experts at IPSC Global explained various technical processes and shared valuable insights into career opportunities, industry expectations, and real-time project execution. This visit helped students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation, enhancing their understanding of industry standards and professional skills. The session was highly interactive and informative, allowing students to clarify their doubts and gain meaningful knowledge about the field. INDUSTRIAL VISIT REPORT An industrial visit was organized for the III-year students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering – Business Systems, Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology, Narasapur, to Absolin Software Solutions LLP on 23rd February 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The visit was accompanied and coordinated by faculty members Mr. Karunakar Kavuri and Mrs. P. Sridevi under the guidance of Dr. T. Murali Mohan, HOD, CSE-BS department. The primary objective of the visit was to expose students to the real-time working environment of a software company and help them understand the transition from academic learning to industry practices. The students arrived at the company at 3:00 PM and were welcomed by the organization’s representatives. For better interaction, students were allowed batch-wise,with each batch consisting of nine members. All students belonged to the III year, enabling effective engagement and observation of the professional workspace. During the session, the HR team and technical resource persons provided insights into organizational workflow, SDLC, teamwork practices, and industry expectations. Students actively participated and gained clarity regarding real-time project development and workplace ethics. As a gesture of gratitude, faculty and students presented a small memento to the CEO and the resource person. AIML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) and AIDS (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) students took part in the AIGNITE National-Level Hackathon organized at Srinivasa Institute of Engineering and Technology. The hackathon allowed students to apply their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in a real-time competition. Among participants, our students T. Hema Sri (23A21A61A5), Josna (23A21A6182) and P. Srivalli (23A21A61A7) from 3rd AIML-B won the Second Prize along with a cash award of ₹15,000.

The event served as a great platform for budding technologists to explore advanced concepts in next-generation computing. The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) of Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology organized a Two-Day Online Bootcamp (21-08-2025 & 22-08-2025) on Amaravati Quantum Valley Hackathon – 2025 under the guidance of APSCHE. The session aimed to encourage students to participate in the upcoming hackathon. Gowtham Alumni Indraraj Choudhary and industry experts addressed the students, emphasizing the significance of innovation and project development. Center Head Dr. Chandramouli motivated students to actively take part in the event. A total of 30 teams from the college were shortlisted for this program. Students were inspired to develop their own projects, with the best two projects qualifying for the state-level semi-finals.
