Jagedheeswar    2026-03-26 | : B.Tech - CSECS | : Swarnandhra College of Engineering & Technology successfully organised VISION-X 2026, a 36-hour National Level HACKATHON, on 25th & 26th March 2026 at the college campus. The event was conducted by the Departments of CSE-Cyber Security with the aim of fostering innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students. The HACKATHON brought together enthusiastic participants from various institutions across the country. During the event, students worked continuously for 36 hours to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. The HACKATHON provided a dynamic platform for participants to showcase their technical skills, teamwork, and creativity under the theme “Where Vision Meets Victory.” The event witnessed active participation, innovative project ideas, and a competitive spirit among the teams. Faculty members and industry experts guided and evaluated the participants throughout the event. The session was conducted by Dr. Anudeep Peddi, Founder and CEO of NIVUNA LABS, who served as the resource person.    2026-03-23 | : B.Tech - AIML | : The Department successfully organized a workshop on Big Data Analytics aimed at providing students with comprehensive insights into modern data processing techniques and industry practices. The session was conducted by Mr. Vidyasagar Vuba, a Senior Data Engineer and experienced trainer, who was invited as the resource person. The workshop was conducted by Mr.Mani Chokkara, a Data Analyst from Guntur, who served as the resource person. During the program, students were introduced to practical concepts of data analytics, data processing, and data-driven decision making through hands-on sessions. The event provided participants with valuable exposure to real-world data analytics tools and techniques, helping them enhance their analytical and problem-solving skills. Title: The Department of BCA conducted an academic seminar in which students actively participated by explaining various topics using the blackboard, including Artificial Intelligence, Web Technologies, Digital Logic Design, Mathematics, Data Structures, and Computer Organization. The explanations were clear, informative, and interactive, showcasing the students’ knowledge and confidence. The seminar helped improve their technical understanding as well as their communication and presentation skills. Overall, the event was successful and provided an inspiring learning experience for all participants.

Title: BCA Students Participated in AICTE Post Budget Webinar 2026 : BCA students of the institution actively participated in the AICTE Post Budget Webinar 2026–27 held on 9th March 2026 on the theme “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People.” The webinar focused on key budget announcements related to education, skill development, university townships, STEM infrastructure, and inclusive capacity building. The session included an address by the Hon’ble Prime Minister and discussions on effective implementation strategies for higher education initiatives. Students attended the programme online and gained valuable insights into future developments in the education and skill sectors.
