Message from the HOD
Dr. Satyanarayana Addala is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology, Narsapuram. With an overall experience of 18 years and over a decade of dedicated service at SCET, he brings a wealth of academic and leadership expertise.
His areas of specialization include Power Systems, Power Electronics, Control Systems, Renewable Energy, and AC-DC Microgrids. He has authored numerous research papers in reputed international journals and conferences.
Beyond academics, Dr. Addala is widely respected for his dedication to student mentorship, guiding many in research and career paths. His leadership has significantly enhanced industry collaborations, internships, and placements. The department has seen outstanding GATE scores and students pursuing master's programs in India and abroad under his mentorship.
He is also actively involved in professional bodies and serves as a reviewer for several academic journals. His vision emphasizes collaborative learning, interdisciplinary research, and real-world problem-solving.
