The venue was beautifully decorated with elegant black and gold themed balloons, stage backdrop, and lighting arrangements, creating a vibrant and memorable ambiance. A special photo display area with hanging memories and lights was also arranged, allowing students to relive their cherished moments.The program continued with an audio-visual presentation showcasing the journey, achievements, and memorable experiences of the seniors. Distinguished dignitaries, including management members, Principal, Vice Principal, Directors, and Heads of Departments, graced the occasion. They delivered inspiring and impactful speeches, motivating students for their future careers and appreciating their accomplishments.A significant highlight of the event was the felicitation of Dr. R.V.S.V.P. Prasad, Head of the IT Department, by the management members. He was honored with a shawl and memento as a mark of respect and recognition for his valuable contributions to the institution.The institution also recognized academic excellence by awarding cash prizes and mementos to academic toppers, encouraging students to strive for higher achievements. The event was conducted by the Departments of CSE-Cyber Security with the aim of fostering innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students. The HACKATHON brought together enthusiastic participants from various institutions across the country. During the event, students worked continuously for 36 hours to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. The HACKATHON provided a dynamic platform for participants to showcase their technical skills, teamwork, and creativity under the theme “Where Vision Meets Victory.”
The event witnessed active participation, innovative project ideas, and a competitive spirit among the teams. Faculty members and industry experts guided and evaluated the participants throughout the event. The term of the members of the committee is two years
Meetings
The Committee shall meet at least once in a month.
The responsibilities of Committee are as follows:
To maintain and enforce strict discipline within the
college campus.
All the students should wear their ID Cards while they
are in the campus and their respective class rooms.
Teasing is not allowed in the Campus and
Student is not allowed to leave the campus during
college
In case of any violation of dress code or disturbance in
the class, the ID card will be confiscated from the student which will be handed
over to the student on the same day with a warning and advice from the
Disciplinary Committee
In case of any misbehavior or violation of the college
rules, the ID cards of the students will be kept with the Disciplinary Committee
Members till the enquiry is
To enforce total prohibition of cell phone usage by the
students in the class
To monitor the movement of the students in the college
and prevent students loitering around in the corridors during the college
working
To ensure that students maintain complete silence in
the
To maintain proper discipline in the college canteen and
student waiting room during the college working
If any damage is caused to the college property by any
student / group of students, the cost of the same will be recovered with a fine
from the said student / group of this will be followed by disciplinary
If any indiscipline is found by any of the students,
warn them on the first instance. Take disciplinary action based on the rules and
regulations of the committee, if the pattern of misconduct
