Dr. RVVSV Prasad holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK), Kakinada. He was awarded his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University for his doctoral thesis titled “An Effective Computation of Reputation of a Recommender System”. His research was completed under the esteemed supervision of Dr. V Valli Kumari, Professor and HOD of the Department of Computer Science and Systems Engineering, College of Engineering (A), Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

• NPTEL Discipline Star (IIT Madras): Achieved the prestigious status of NPTEL Discipline Star from IIT Madras on February 1, 2026, recognizing continuous learning and academic excellence.
• Amaravathi Kirthi Puraskar Award: Honored with this distinguished award at Vijayawada for outstanding contributions to education and society, held on July 19, 2025.
• Hackathon Jury Member: Invited as an expert jury member for the intensive 36-hour Hackathon hosted at PSCMR College of Engineering and Technology, Vijayawada, held on December 11-12, 2025.
• International Conference Session Chair: Honored as the Session Chair for the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and its Emerging Areas 2K26, held on April 10–11, 2026. The conference was organized by the computing departments of Narasaraopet Engineering College (Autonomous), Palnadu, in association with the Computer Society of India (CSI).

An active research supervisor and mentor, Dr. RVVSV Prasad has guided one doctoral scholar to successful Ph.D. completion and has published over 18 research papers in highly reputed international journals and peer-reviewed conferences indexed in Scopus, SCI, and other leading academic databases. He also holds 2 published patents, reflecting his contributions to technological innovation. His recent published work spans recommender systems, advanced machine learning architectures, cloud networks, generative AI, and biomedical applications, across the following areas:

• ATAL Online FDP: Served as the Convenor for the prestigious AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Online FDP titled “AI-Powered Cyber Threat Intelligence: The Role of Generative AI in Modern Security”, 18–23 August, 2025.
• Utkarsh National Technical Festival: Served as the primary organizer and driving visionary behind the multi-year iterations of the National Technical Festival Utkarsh (2020, 2022, 2024 and 2025).
• Institutional Events: Successfully managed numerous high-impact workshops, national seminars, and major institutional events.
